Learning_Disability
Learning disability is a term used to describe a range of conditions that affect the ability to acquire, process, and use information effectively. People with learning disabilities may struggle with reading, writing, spelling, math, and other basic academic skills. They may also have difficulty with organizing information, remembering things, and following instructions. Learning disabilities are neurological in nature, and are not caused by poor instruction, poor motivation, or other external factors. With the right support, however, people with learning disabilities can learn and succeed in life. It is important to diagnose and address learning disabilities early on, in order to prevent frustration, low self-esteem, and academic failure.
